Warranty
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@cocolocosunglasses.com with your order number and a picture of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will make sure to make it right either with a refund or replacement of the product.

Normal wear or negligence by the customer won't be accepted for a return or refund, these include breaks in the rims or temples and scratches in the lens.

 

Refund processing time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
